I'm trying out an idea of labelling Word/Excel
documents and photos by using the date as a pre-fix,
and writing it in an odd way. Today's date would
be written as 060618, and tomorrow's as 060619. So
if you're looking at a folder full of documents,
and are wondering where the hell is your last letter
to so-and-so, you'll be able to pick it out more
easily...eg "060618 Email to Jim". I've heard
that the BBC use this method.
