Paragliding


Here's another photo I took from the hillside
above Mayrhofen, which will give you an idea
of the view from the top. I don't think I
could jump off into the air, as this bloke did
- I felt nervous just going up in the ski-lift,
with there being very little to hold on to.
However, I felt completely different going up
in the London Eye 1-2 years ago - I felt very
safe, and the view over Westminster was amazing.

Very nice view. a view to die for. Have you ever been on Table Mountain in cape town the view is just as amazing

No, I haven't, but my son-in-law has and he raves about it - he wants another holiday there. The photos he brought back were fantastic. One of our neighbours (reputed to be a lottery millionaire) has just sold his house and has moved to S. Africa. He loves it there.
Mrs C and I considered buying a house abroad as a second home, when I retired, but we didn't feel like being tied down to visiting the same place continually. So we joined a holiday company called Sunterra instead, which has properties all over the place (mainly in Europe).
