Beautiful stone carving

Here is some detail of the top of a pillar -
the location is Normanton Church at Rutland
Water.
The church is at the edge of the lake, and a
good part of it would be under the water, but
for the wall the conservationists built around
it. Beautiful craftsmanship (or should I say,
craftspersonship?).
