Well, here we go again.
My fourth attempt to get one of my photos
onto this blog, with some text wrapped
around it.
I’ve been reading the FAQ section in
Picasa 2, and then have been fiddling around
with P2 and Hello.

To wrap words around images, I use this bit of HTML coding:
<p align="center"><img src="<enter location and filename here>"><br><b><small><your text> </small></b></p>
And that's it.
I hope this is what you meant. Why not do what I do and click View > Source and figure out the HTML coding from there.
